By now you have likely heard all about Legacy, Suncadia’s last golf-side neighborhood. We are thrilled to announce that the sales launch event that took place on July 8th was a great success, with 24 homesites sold!

On that sunny Saturday morning the excitement was palpable as some 50 guests and VIPs gathered at the Suncadia real estate sales office. At 10:15am the very first family on the reservation list sat down with the Suncadia team to confirm their chosen homesite and to go over all paperwork. On a large wall map, everyone toasted with a glass of bubbly as each new addition to the Legacy community placed a pin on their future homesite. To commemorate the event, owners took home a champagne flute etched with the Legacy logo.

“It was great to see how excited everyone was,” says Roger Beck, Managing Director of Suncadia Real Estate. “During the event, new owners met their future neighbors, exchanged phone numbers and took pictures together. The celebration continued in the Barnyard at Nelson Farm as new Legacy owners joined other members of the Suncadia community for a delicious BBQ and enjoyed a live music performance by local singer/songwriter Christy Lee.
